This policy explains how orders, changes, shipping, pickup and returns work at Toronto Racing Simulators (TRS). Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable law.

2. How we fulfill your order
TRS is an authorized dealer for Trak Racer, MOZA Racing and other sim racing brands. Most orders ship directly to you from our supplier’s Canadian warehouse. After you place your order, we review it and submit it to the supplier. You will receive an order confirmation by email; please keep it for your records.
3. Order changes — within 2 hours
You can request changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing racing@torontosimulators.ca with your order number. Changes we can make include the shipping address, product option or colour, quantity, or switching between shipping and pickup. Any price difference will be charged or refunded to your original payment method.
After 2 hours, your order is submitted to our supplier and can no longer be changed.
4. Cancellations
Because orders are submitted to our suppliers shortly after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except in the following situations, where you may cancel for a full refund:
- Late delivery: your order has not been delivered within 30 days after the delivery date we gave you (or within 30 days after your order date if no date was given), and it has not yet been delivered when you cancel.
- Unavailable products: a product becomes unavailable or is discontinued by the supplier.
- Any other situation where cancellation is required by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 for internet agreements.
To cancel in any of these situations, email us with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 days.
5. Pre-orders and backorders
Some products are sold on pre-order or backorder. The estimated date shown on the product page comes from the supplier and may change. If the date changes, we will let you know by email. The late-delivery rule in section 4 applies to pre-orders and backorders.
6. Shipping
- We ship within Canada only.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product size and your destination. The shipping amount shown at checkout is final.
- Typical delivery time is 5–10 business days after the order ships. Pre-order and backorder items ship when stock arrives.
- Orders are shipped by Purolator, FedEx or another carrier chosen by the supplier. Large items, such as cockpits and bundles, may arrive in several boxes on different days.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, a missed delivery or a refused shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
- Prices and shipping are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes (HST/GST/PST) are added at checkout.
7. Pickup at our Mississauga venue
You can choose to pick up your order at TRS, 1324 Blundell Road, Unit A, Mississauga. Because products are shipped from our supplier to our venue, a shipping charge applies to pickup orders. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring photo ID and your order number, and pick up within 14 days.
8. Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. If a box is damaged, an item is missing, or you received the wrong product, email racing@torontosimulators.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the box, label and product. We will work with the supplier and carrier to repair, replace or refund the item.
9. Returns and warranty
- We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
- Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (for example, Trak Racer or MOZA Racing). If a product is defective, contact us and we will coordinate the warranty claim with the manufacturer.
- Your rights for defective products under Ontario law are not affected by this policy.
10. Payment processing fee
Card payments include a payment processing fee of up to 2.4%, shown at checkout before you pay. The payment processing fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law (for example, a cancellation for late delivery under section 4).
